Stone Ochre, with its subtle tone, makes for a versatile and restful base, perfect for pairing with bolder greys and browns. Of all of Fired Earth's Ochre shades, this one has the more earthy tone, reminiscent of the pigments used to make it. It's available in all finishes and has been made with the environment in mind.

Fired Earth Matt Emulsion has a lovely, contemporary chalky matt finish and is environmentally conscious, low on odour and VOC levels. It glides on really easily and is high opacity, so you need fewer coats to achieve the look you want. It can be its own undercoat or applied as a primer to fresh plaster if you thin it by 25%.

Use Matt Emulsion inside only, on any walls, old plaster, cement render, plasterboard and primed wood and metal that aren’t subject to heavy traffic. If you want to paint kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting boards or radiators, then the Eggshell would be the finish to go for.

Smooth, water based Fired Earth Eggshell is an interior and exterior paint that’s virtually odour free. It’s the finish to choose for those busy areas that see plenty of coming and going, because it’s washable and resistant to stains, marks and condensation. It’s ideal for kitchens and bathrooms, hallways and childrens rooms and, as ever with the Fired Earth paint range, the minimal VOC content makes it a conscious environmental choice.

This paint flows easily and is high opacity, which means it covers well so you need less of it to achieve the desired result. It’s quick drying; under normal conditions it’s touch dry in 1-2 hours and ready to recoat in 4. You can use it on primed woodwork, MDF, aluminium, copper, PVC and primed iron and steel. It can also be used to stunning effect on Fired Earth’s gorgeous roll top baths that require painting.
