Customer Service and Ecommerce Assistant

Hours: 5 days a week / 9am-5pm       

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,500.00-£20,500.00 per year

An exciting customer service and ecommerce assistant role has arisen within our team. Based in our Adlington office/warehouse – SK10 4NL .

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing customer orders daily, including ordering with external suppliers
  • Sorting paint and wallpaper orders ready for dispatch
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries and follow up on issues to ensure they are dealt with correctly
  • Ordering for our store in Wilmslow
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of all deliveries and orders
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of our social media activity (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Working with the team to complete outreach including putting packs together, contacting influencers and trade customers
  • Assist with new product launches, creating content and updating imagery

  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service for a luxury product
  • Attention to detail
  • Creative with an interest in Interiors
  • Experience with Shopify, Excel and the Adobe suite would be advantageous but not essential
  • Good communicator / friendly and empathetic
  • Highly organized and able to work in a busy retail environment
  • Team player- willing to help out in other areas of the business
  • Eager to learn and progress
