Refund Policy

Paint Returns

All our designer paints have been specially mixed for you and therefore cannot be returned, colours can vary on screen we always advise you obtain a colour chart or sample before ordering your paint. Please note as they are mixed to order there can be slight variations between tins. For covering large areas requiring more than one tin we recommend to have all tins tinted together to ensure there is no variation. All tinted paints are quality checked and passed before being dispatched ensuring the colour is to an acceptable match to the colour ordered.

Wallpaper Returns

We accept returns on wallpaper(s) within fourteen days of delivery please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email if you wish to return your wallpaper(s). Please do not return your wallpaper(s) without notifying us first. All wallpaper(s) that are custom made or made to measure cannot not be returned. If your wallpaper(s) is defective in any way or has a fault a replacement or full refund will be given as long as you notify us within fourteen days and the product is still with its original packaging and the sales receipt is present. Please note you should always check for wallpaper faults before and during hanging as we cannot be held responsible for decoration costs. 

All Other Products

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return

For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 14 days by e-mail or phone

If you find a fault with your product, or in the unlikely event you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us before sending the item back. We send out prepaid returns labels for free returns back to us. Please do not simply send your item back without contacting us as we are unable to refund postage costs.
