Paint Delivery

We endeavour to deliver our products directly to your door as quick as possible all in stock items will be mixed in store and delivered within 2-3 working days. However some paints may need to be ordered in or sent straight from the manufacturer and can take up to 3-5 working days, if you do need it quickly we always recommend you contact us on 0800 652 0990 to check our stock prior to ordering.

Standard delivery is £6.95 and orders over £125 are free. Delivery lead time varies by item, but is typically 3-5 working days in the UK. We will need a signature on delivery.

Paint Returns

All our designer paints have been specially mixed for you and therefore cannot be returned, colours can vary on screen we always advise you obtain a colour chart or sample before ordering your paint. Please note as they are mixed to order there can be slight variations between tins. For covering large areas requiring more than one tin we recommend to have all tins tinted together to ensure there is no variation. All tinted paints are quality checked and passed before being dispatched ensuring the colour is to an acceptable match to the colour ordered.

Wallpaper Delivery

Our designer wallpapers are sent straight to you from our designer brands therefore delivery times can vary so please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of in stock wallpapers. On the occasion your wallpaper is not currently in stock or is in the manufacturing process we will contact you as soon as possible. If you do need your wallpaper quickly or for a certain date please call us on 0800 652 0990 so we can check stock and advise a delivery date prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.

Wallpaper Returns

We accept returns on wallpaper(s) within fourteen days of delivery please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email if you wish to return your wallpaper(s). Please do not return your wallpaper(s) without notifying us first. If your wallpaper(s) is defective in any way or has a fault a replacement or full refund will be given as long as you notify us within fourteen days and the product is still with its original packaging and the sales receipt is present. Please note you should always check for wallpaper faults before and during hanging as we cannot be held responsible for decoration costs. 

All Other Products

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return

For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 14 days by e-mail or phone

If you find a fault with your product, or in the unlikely event you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us before sending the item back. We send out prepaid returns labels for free returns back to us. Do not simple send your item back without contacting us as we are unable to refund postage costs.
