Description: Piero Fornasetti long had a passion for the beautiful island of Capri in Italy and he created this design from his imagination, before ever visiting. In the 1960s Piero took the family there on holiday and eventually took the family there on holiday and opened a temporary boutique on the island. The idea of pairing personified suns and clouds appears for the first time in a sketch for a headscarf that Piero drew in 1950. Soli e Nuvole is a whimsical all-over print available in six colourways including Gold on Gold, Beige and Soft Gold and Black and White.
