Little Greene have formulated a water based primer undercoat that is suitable for painting all interior and exterior surfaces. This matt finish primer/undercoat has a fantastic drying time of 2 hours and is available in a wide range of colours. Suitable for use with Little Greene's water based finishes for both internal and external applications.

Sheen: Matt, less the 6%
